Most lenders commit to a closing date during this window. This is where communication quality between your agent and your lender becomes critical.
Final Walk-Through and Closing (Days 30–45)
In the final days before closing, you'll do a final walk-through to verify the home's condition matches the contract terms. Closing day itself typically takes about an hour — you'll sign documents, the title company records the deed, and you get your keys. One of my favorite moments in this business.
